Made in a home kitchen on equipment that processes wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, citrus, rice, and/or seeds.

Your loaves will be individually wrapped and frozen prior to shipment. Please allow them to thaw overnight on the counter or for 24 hours in the fridge. Best if eaten within 72 hours of thawing.

Preheat oven to 375°F.

ANTIPASTO

Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil onto a rimmed baking sheet, spreading to coat the pan. Place room-temperature focaccia onto the pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Remove from oven and drizzle top with olive oil, sprinkle with coarse salt to taste, and serve warm.

PIZZA

Coat a rimmed baking sheet pan with 1 tbsp olive oil. Place room-temperature focaccia onto the pan and add your favorite toppings. Bake until cheese is bubbly, 10-15 minutes.
