If you're looking for a no-nonsense, deliciously reliable sandwich loaf, you've found it. This flour blend relies on a healthy amount of unbleached and sifted soft white wheat flour, giving the bread a consistent crumb, a tender chew, and a mellow sweetness.
Our sourdough is made with a special blend of heirloom wheat varieties, along with a 12-year-old starter that has produced thousands of beautiful loaves.
Your loaves will be individually wrapped and frozen prior to shipment. Please allow them to thaw overnight on the counter or for 24 hours in the fridge. Best if eaten within 72 hours of thawing.
