Grain² started because of a good, dark beer. While drinking a proverbial "glass of bread", I wondered 'What if beer could be turned INTO bread?'
Turns out, it can. Taking the grains that give each brew its distinct aromas and flavors, toasting them, and milling them for my handmade flour blends allows for an experience you won't find anywhere else.
I combined my passion for homebrewing beer with an unrelenting pursuit of the perfect loaf, paired to each pour. I firmly believe that good food is worth the time and effort, so all of my baked goods are made by hand with organic ingredients.
